Italy’s first virtual network for communication
The structure
If&but is the first virtual network for communication in Italy.
The reason for this definition is linked with the structure of our agency. The consultants who work for the Network are distributed throughout Italy. They perform their professions in an autonomous way. When requested, they intervene in the field in which they are competent and put their profession skills at the service of the Network.
If&but is a well integrated team of highly selected consultants. At least five years of experience, relational capability and strict compliance with the ethical principles of the profession. These are just some of the requirements to be able to put yourself at the service of our clients.
Coordination. A continuous flow of information between the work team members and from them to the client. Use of every instrument put at our disposal by the most modern technologies in the field of communication. These are the points that cannot be renounced at the base of if&but’s exclusive method of work.
You become a partner only if proposed by if&but. Our consultants operate and have bases in different Italian cities. The network is also however open to qualified foreign collaborations.
For the moment, a partnership contract with if&but has been signed by agencies and professionals in Italy, France, Spain and South Africa. In the near future we will also be present in Germany and Great Britain.
International Communication
In 2005 if&but Network di Comunicazione created a work team specifically devoted to foreign clients.
This unit’s objective is to offer qualified assistance to non Italian companies that need to communicate with the Italian national media for the first time.
The international team may be activated for all needs in the intervention areas of public relations and Internet Communication.
The project Manager
The Project Manager is the consultant who follows all your communication projects. Depending on the activities to be carried out, (s)he will choose the most appropriate collaborators. (S)he will always be ready to answer every question. You can turn to him/her in any circumstance, and above all (s)he will not change over time. (S)he will be your constant reference point.
Because this is the if&but method: we want only professionals good at communicating. With the target. But also with the client.
Their belonging to the Network means acceptance of a code of behaviour aimed at standardising activities in homogeneous lines of conduct. At the same time, total and unconditional adhesion to a unanimously shared corpus of rules is there as another element of warranty for the client who decides to appoint if&but. As a free choice of its members, if&but does not belong to any association or organisation in the sector thereby reaffirming its nature of an independent Network.
In this reference framework, if&but recognises and applies the following deontological codes in performing its professional duties:
- Professional principles and codes of behaviour for Public Relations in Italy as defined by ASSOREL (Association of Agencies of Public Relations with Complete Service);
- Deontological Code as indicated by Assocomunicazione (Association of Communication Enterprises).
